DAY OF ACTION: Friday 27 March

HOLT will be organising leafleting, petitioning, and other actions at stations across London to protest against the closure of ticket offices and station staffing cuts.

This day of action is organised in conjunction with the RMT union.

Recent demonstrations at Shepherd’s Bush, Hounslow West, Highbury & Islington, Leytonstone, Bethnal Green, and Edgware Road (Bakerloo) have mobilised significant support from Tube workers, other trade unionists, community campaigners, and, crucially, passengers – all calling for properly staffed stations with open ticket offices.

At stations where ticket offices have closed, there are increasingly unmanageable queues.

Join HOLT and RMT on 27 March to keep up the pressure on LU bosses and Boris Johnson in the run up to the election to demand that they re-open closed ticket offices and halt their cuts and closures plan.
